Customer Service Representative – Call Center

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them through various communication channels. Your goal is to understand their needs, resolve inquiries promptly, and deliver accurate information while maintaining a professional and positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and chat interactions with customers.
• Identify customer issues, provide solutions, and follow up as needed.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a related role.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including mornings, afternoons, and night shifts.
