Customer Order Specialist

About the role

As a Customer Order Specialist you will provide operational support for the Hospital Patient Monitoring business unit, ensuring that every customer purchase follows order intake policies from booking to confirmed delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Verify order completeness and accuracy, checking product codes, quantities and pricing.
• Monitor and communicate order status from entry to confirmed delivery.
• Enter customer purchase orders into the processing system for new bookings and change requests.
• Act as liaison across functions throughout the order lifecycle, resolving issues from intake to invoice creation.
• Escalate issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to process improvements within Philips’ Lean culture.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, vocational education or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, process improvement or related fields, or a relevant degree with no prior experience.
• Advanced knowledge of English; ability to work overtime as needed.
