Community Manager

About the role

Levycoh S.A. is looking for a creative and organized Community Manager to lead its digital presence in Panama. You will be responsible for building and nurturing online communities, representing the brand’s values, and driving engagement across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the brand’s social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Plan, create, and execute content calendars.
• Interact daily with the digital community by responding to messages, comments, and mentions.
• Coordinate with design and photography teams to produce visual content.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers and complementary brands.

Required profile

• Proactive, responsible, punctual, and high ethical standards.
• Student or graduate in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Design, or related fields, or completed relevant courses.
• Passion for fashion, branding, and digital storytelling.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
• Experience using TikTok Business tools.
• Proficiency in Canva for graphic creation.
• Knowledge of Metricool or similar analytics platforms.
