Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will own end‑to‑end business performance of one or more brands across Latin America. This includes leading strategy, P&L, portfolio, innovation, pricing/NRM and integrated communications executed through distributors. The role demands strong analytical capabilities, strategic vision, cross‑functional leadership and the ability to influence without authority.

Key responsibilities

• Define short‑, medium‑ and long‑term brand strategy tailored to each country.
• Lead the annual Brand Plan by country, setting priorities, investments, KPIs and growth roadmap.
• Manage regional P&L, including net sales, margin, contribution, A&P and ROI.
• Lead NRM and pricing agenda, covering pack‑price architecture, elasticities, margins and portfolio mix.
• Partner with Finance and Sales to close performance gaps and maximise profitability.
• Coordinate with distributors on forecasting, pricing corridors, channel portfolio, promotions and execution governance.
• Lead the full innovation pipeline from concept to launch, ensuring regulatory compliance and OTIF execution.
• Analyse post‑launch performance, market share, penetration, pricing and competition using NIQ/Kantar data.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Communications or Industrial Engineering required; MBA strongly preferred.
• Native Spanish and advanced English; Portuguese a plus.
• 5–8+ years experience in FMCG/CPG brand roles, preferably with regional or multi‑country responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience with P&L management, pricing, NRM and financial analysis.
• Strong command of 360° campaigns, innovation and agency management.
• Advanced proficiency in NIQ/Kantar and commercial analysis.
• Experience working in distributor‑operated markets and leading multi‑country projects.
• Strategic thinking, price and portfolio architecture, and data‑driven decision‑making.
