Collections Manager

About the role

Invu Pos is looking for a Collections Manager to oversee and accelerate the recovery of outstanding receivables. The role involves daily interaction with clients, negotiating payment terms, and ensuring timely cash flow for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Contact clients with pending balances on a daily basis.
• Conduct collection calls and follow‑up via WhatsApp and email.
• Monitor and prioritize delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate payment agreements when necessary.
• Track commitments and payment dates to achieve full recovery.
• Record all collection activities in Xero and Excel.
• Meet monthly portfolio recovery targets.

Required profile

• Education in Accounting, Finance, Administration or related fields.
• Proven experience in collections and client portfolio management.
• Immediate availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with the Xero accounting system (mandatory).
