BPO Manager – Accounting Outsourcing

About the role

PwC is seeking a BPO Manager to lead its Accounting Outsourcing Services department in Panama City. The role combines tax accounting expertise with strong leadership to ensure high‑quality service delivery for both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting Outsourcing Services department, overseeing quality and compliance of all client engagements.
• Prepare and review tax provisions, tax returns, and financial statements in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coach, mentor and develop multidisciplinary teams, leveraging individual strengths to meet client expectations.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across outsourcing processes.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to resolve conflicts, ensure adherence to professional standards, and uphold PwC’s code of conduct.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tax accounting and financial statement preparation.
• Strong analytical abilities to understand complex systems and regulatory linkages.
