Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative to join a commercial insurance team. The position is fully remote and focuses on handling inbound inquiries, policy servicing, renewals, and claims support for primarily Spanish‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to client emails promptly.
• Process routine policy, document, payment, and status requests.
• Assist with quoting processes and follow‑up with clients and carriers.
• Manage renewal workflows and issue Certificates of Insurance and endorsements.
• Follow up on claims, billing, and cancellation notices.
• Communicate directly with carriers and wholesalers via their portals.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation in the EZLynx system.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Familiarity with commercial insurance accounts is a plus.

What we offer
