Associate Director, Commercial CENCA

About the role

The Associate Director, Commercial CENCA will manage distributor and partner relationships across the Central America and Caribbean region, aligning commercial activities with Organon’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies and pricing plans tailored to CENCA markets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date contracts in collaboration with Legal and other functions.
• Lead sales forecasting, demand planning and operational reviews with partners.
• Oversee business support processes such as billing, credit notes, promotional approvals, training and OTC.
• Provide visibility on product supply, manage shipment advances and drop‑shipments with Supply Chain.
• Ensure partner compliance with Organon Code of Conduct and conduct due‑diligence activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial leadership experience in pharma, with at least 3 years in management.
• Experience across multiple countries in Central America & the Caribbean is strongly desired.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
