Associate - Digital Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Digital Marketing to join our fast‑moving e‑commerce team. You will support the operation and growth of our online channels, ensuring product information is accurate and campaigns deliver results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, images, descriptions, categories and promotions on Shopify and VTEX platforms.
• Monitor e‑commerce performance indicators such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, units per transaction (UPT), average order value (AOV) and average selling price (ASP).
• Prepare and maintain commercial and operational performance reports.
• Assist in the execution and scheduling of digital campaigns and content.
• Contribute to SEO optimisation of product pages and descriptions.
• Ensure correct presentation of content and products on the websites.
• Identify opportunities to improve navigation, content and overall digital experience.
• Coordinate content publication for corporate channels such as Humand and PCM.
• Track organic content for assigned brands and collaborate with E‑Commerce, CRM, Paid Media, Marketing, Design and Business teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, E‑Commerce or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience or professional internship in e‑commerce, digital marketing or related areas.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify and/or VTEX.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office 365.
• Fundamental understanding of SEO and UX principles.
• Experience or familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.
• Ability to work with Canva for visual content creation.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Intermediate English; advanced English is a plus.
