About the role

The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of promotional activities, coordinate with external providers, and manage communication tools that drive customer engagement for Microserfin, a micro‑finance institution operating across Panama.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative tasks for marketing suppliers and maintain stock of promotional materials, POP displays, and welcome kits.
• Manage the corporate chatbot and APC alert system, ensuring timely responses and issue escalation.
• Create, monitor and report on outbound WhatsApp campaign performance.
• Handle post‑sale survey calls, NPS questionnaire deployment and analysis.
• Maintain and update databases used for BTL activities and campaign targeting.
• Support onboarding projects, purchase processes related to customer service and marketing, and monitor compliance of BTL actions.
• Assist the sales team with client queries and provide data for targeted campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Tourism, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales or post‑sale processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
