Analista de Finanzas

About the role

The Finance Analyst will design and maintain sophisticated financial models and simulations to assess the viability of initiatives, campaigns, products, expansion channels and strategic projects for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain high‑complexity financial models and simulations.
• Participate in the formulation, seasonal distribution and monitoring of the bank’s institutional and commercial budgets, identifying deviations.
• Conduct deep periodic analysis of the Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet at both corporate and office levels, justifying variances against budget.
• Develop coherent financial closing forecasts and estimates to anticipate business direction and flag early deviations.
• Design, update and track operational and financial dashboards by area and office.
• Analyze, propose and structure the financial viability of rate, fee and commission policies for bank products, ensuring correct application.
• Respond promptly to financial information requests from external auditors and regulatory bodies such as the MICI.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banks or financial institutions, financial planning, financial control, financial management or investments.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Basic to intermediate SQL.
• Financial Mathematics.
