About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Agent to join RednBlue’s growing digital team. Based in David (or nearby areas), you will help shape our brand’s online presence by turning ideas into engaging graphic and audiovisual content.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fresh ideas and develop digital marketing strategies that boost brand visibility.
• Create and adapt visual assets for social media, websites and campaigns using design tools.
• Produce short videos and edit existing footage to support promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.

Required profile

• Proactive, organized and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Strong visual sense with attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate experience with design and video‑editing software.
• Genuine interest in growing within the marketing field and good communication skills.
• Residency in David or surrounding areas.

Required skills

• Design tools: Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator.
• Video editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere or similar.
