About the role

We are looking for a motivated Phone Support Agent to join a leading logistics and call‑center company. The role involves handling inbound calls, providing accurate assistance, and ensuring a friendly experience for both external and internal customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming telephone calls following the company’s established protocol.
• Receive assistance requests and process them according to defined procedures for each case type.
• Conduct follow‑up actions to guarantee proper delivery of the assistance service.
• Select or locate the most appropriate service provider for each request.
• Enter all required data into the management system or software.
• Perform any other duties inherent to the position.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller) or university studies (student level acceptable).
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Fluent Spanish language skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
