About the role

Our client, a residential solar company, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist homeowners with inquiries, requests, and post‑installation support. The role is the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt assistance via phone, email, or chat regarding solar services.
• Handle complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Explain processes, timelines, and solar‑related information clearly.
• Update client records, document interactions, and track follow‑ups in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to maintain a consistent client experience.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment (preferred).
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage difficult situations with empathy and composure.
• Positive, service‑oriented demeanor and a team‑player attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM software.
