About the role
As a Food Server at Hilton, you will be the face of hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. You’ll work in a dynamic hotel environment, delivering food and beverage service with warmth and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude and anticipate ways to enhance their meal experience.
- Learn and communicate menu items, promotions, and specials confidently.
- Take orders, input them into the point‑of‑sale system, and deliver food and drinks promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service station throughout your shift.
- Adhere to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure guest and team safety.
Required profile
- Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating positive guest moments.
- Integrity, teamwork, and a sense of ownership in daily tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards.
Required skills
- Point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
