About the role
We are seeking a proactive, quick‑thinking Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s remote team. The role involves handling a variety of customer inquiries and issues independently, without relying on scripted responses.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer problems and provide practical solutions.
- Take ownership of each customer situation from start to finish.
- Manage complaints, delays, refunds, order issues, and escalations.
- Assess each case and apply sound judgment to reach fair outcomes.
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
Required profile
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably serving U.S. customers.
- Excellent problem‑solving ability and calmness under pressure.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to think quickly and make decisions on the spot.
