Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor leads a team responsible for loading cases of wine and spirits onto delivery trucks, managing inventory, and ensuring safe, efficient warehouse operations. This full‑time position reports to the Market Operations manager and works on‑site during scheduled shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the truck‑loading process, picking orders from case lines and bottle rooms while minimizing breakage.
• Oversee receiving, storing, and staging of shipments, ensuring accurate system entry and proper placement.
• Report equipment damage, product shortages, and location issues; enforce preventative maintenance.
• Maintain storage area organization, recommend layout improvements, and enforce security protocols.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, federal, state, and local warehousing regulations.
• Supervise, train, schedule, coach, and discipline associates in line with company policies and collective bargaining agreements.
• Handle work‑related injuries and manage beverage‑alcohol product handling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Results‑oriented professional with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with presentation software.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range $52,000 – $70,500 per year.
• Annual bonus of up to 10%.
• Full‑time schedule with shift start at 3:30 pm.
