Visual Merchandiser – Luxury Boutique

About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser for Chanel’s boutique in Panamá, you will uphold the brand’s global visual standards and bring runway energy to the store. You will design and maintain window and in‑store displays, ensure cleanliness, lighting and correct assortment, and support the sales team by translating visual concepts into commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Design, produce and maintain window and boutique displays in line with Chanel’s guidelines.
• Style mannequins, refresh displays with each collection launch and ensure proper labeling and pricing.
• Coordinate collection launches, manage VM tools inventory and communicate needs to the manager.
• Collaborate with sales, stock and regional teams to maximise sales performance through visual merchandising.
• Create photo reports of boutique displays for regional review.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 3 years experience in visual merchandising within the luxury sector.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Creative and innovative thinking with a solid knowledge of fashion trends.
