Travel Advisor – Luxury Concierge

About the role

Shape the future of luxury lifestyle management by working directly with the founders of Dunia, a private invite‑only concierge platform. You will guide high‑net‑worth clients through onboarding, deliver live concierge services, and convert them into paid members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead human‑led onboarding calls, capture client preferences, and guide users through app setup.
• Own the conversion process from onboarded users to paid members, managing follow‑ups, payment links, and tracking outcomes.
• Execute live concierge requests across travel, experiences, and lifestyle, preparing proposals and coordinating with partners.
• Identify friction points, translate client feedback into structured product insights, and help develop repeatable standards.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years in luxury hospitality, concierge, or high‑touch client experience.
• Proven experience serving HNW/UHNW clients.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, early‑stage environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools, CRMs, and internal operating systems.
• Familiarity with GDS platforms used in travel and hospitality.
• IATA or ARC accreditation (current or previous).
