Trade Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Trade Marketing Specialist will lead category development in Panama by planning strategic initiatives and executing omnichannel campaigns. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will translate global concepts into local actions that align with country‑specific timelines and priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and communicate local animation plans, ensuring timely information for distributor planning.
• Develop channel strategies and briefs for major distributors and key customers, aligning objectives with campaign type.
• Lead kick‑off meetings and define deliverables for each campaign’s visibility assets.
• Coordinate with agencies to obtain quotations, review costs, and approve budgets.
• Monitor budget distribution continuously to keep expenses within allocated limits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• 3‑4 years proven experience in Trade Marketing or commercial roles within fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Strong strategic and operational capability to bridge marketing vision with point‑of‑sale realities.
• Excellent coordination, financial control and dynamic work‑environment skills.
