Technical Support Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Intern to assist our customers and partners in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues while supporting company events and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and partners, handling hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Document technical findings, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvement.
• Assist in setting up equipment, configuring systems, and delivering technical presentations for events and trainings.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems according to company standards.
• Process spare parts requests, manage inventory, and support stock management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to ensure timely customer support and assist Business Development with quotations and CRM updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Network Communications, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple administrative tasks.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, network troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic network configuration.
• Experience with video management systems (VMS) and network diagnostic tools such as Wireshark.
• Use of serial communication tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of CRM platforms.
