Technical Product Owner & Delivery Manager – Digital Channels / SuperApp

About the role

This role drives the digital transformation of the customer experience at +Móvil, owning both solution architecture and end‑to‑end delivery of the SuperApp and broader digital journeys for Panama’s telco market.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical design of new features and journeys in the SuperApp, covering native mobile, APIs, orchestration and back‑office integrations.
• Serve as the technical bridge with external vendors and partners, leading discovery sessions, reviewing proposals and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Partner with product owners and engineering leads to translate customer journeys into epics, features, technical enablers and API contracts.
• Drive delivery across internal squads and external vendors, run sprint ceremonies, maintain the release calendar and manage the RAID log.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Systems Engineering, Telecommunications or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in solution architecture, mobile/digital product engineering, technical product ownership or delivery management, preferably in Telco or fintech.
• Hands‑on experience in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) and relevant certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, PMI‑ACP) a plus.

Required skills

• Mobile solution design (native iOS/Android, cross‑platform, SDKs, deep linking, push and in‑app messaging).
• SuperApp architecture patterns (mini‑apps, micro‑frontends, modular navigation, feature flags, A/B testing).
• Telco domain knowledge (BSS/OSS, CRM, billing, provisioning, IAM, payments).
• API‑first and event‑driven architectures, REST, GraphQL, webhooks, pub/sub, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
