About the role

The Store Team Leader will oversee daily operations of the Tigo Metromall store, ensuring sales targets are met, customers receive high‑quality service, and all resources needed for smooth operation are available. This role combines leadership, operational control, and customer‑experience management in a fast‑paced telecom retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily store activities, guaranteeing correct application of commercial and operational processes.
• Execute the sales plan provided by the Commercial Business and monitor daily progress toward targets.
• Control inventory of equipment, accessories, and store items.
• Manage cash handling, recording incomes and expenses while complying with internal controls.
• Ensure efficient customer‑service processes and monitor experience indicators such as NPS, CSAT, FCR, and CES.
• Verify service levels and staff availability on the floor.
• Organize staff schedules, task assignments, and performance monitoring.
• Provide continuous feedback, coaching, and development support to team members.
• Identify operational incidents in sales or services and implement corrective actions.
• Report any situation affecting store efficiency to the Regional Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a retail or service team, preferably in a telecom environment.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and ability to act on experience metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills for inventory, cash, and staff management.
• Ability to monitor sales performance and drive results.
• Effective communication and coaching skills to develop team members.
