Supervisor General de Mantenimiento

About the role

The General Maintenance Supervisor will coordinate and oversee daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the company's facilities and equipment. Based in Panama City, this full‑time onsite role ensures safety, operational continuity and optimal performance of mechanical, electrical and infrastructure assets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across all plant equipment.
• Organize shift rosters, assign work orders and monitor progress to meet production targets.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery, tools and infrastructure, reporting condition and compliance.
• Manage work orders, spare‑part inventories and material requisitions.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan technical shutdowns, reduce downtime and propose process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality and continuous‑improvement standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising industrial maintenance teams.
• Technical background in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, electricity or related fields.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage priorities and lead results‑oriented teams.
• Clear communication skills with a focus on safety and quality.
