About the role

Samsung SDS is seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Supervisor to join its team in Costa del Este. The role focuses on daily cash‑flow reporting, SAP data management, and supporting the branch manager with financial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily cash‑flow reports in Excel and update SAP records.
• Register invoices for administrative and cost payments and load data into control spreadsheets.
• Validate taxes and produce managerial financial reports.
• Update weekly sales progress and accounts‑receivable aging reports for the branch manager.
• Reconcile open items, issue client statements, and analyze overdue receivables.
• Review and approve logistics service provider payments and manage PUMI submissions.
• Record payroll, vacation, resignation, and settlement data in Excel and SAP.
• Generate monthly labor cost, balance‑sheet, P&L, cash‑flow, and variance analyses.
• Maintain fixed‑asset records in SAP and request budgets for new assets.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for reporting and data manipulation.

• Knowledge of budgeting, payroll processing, and financial analysis.
