Strategic Market Access Manager - Immunology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Strategic Market Access Manager for Immunology to lead access initiatives across Central America and the Caribbean from Panama City. The role will shape health‑economic strategies, engage payers and public health institutions, and support product launch and reimbursement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute health‑economic models, budget impact analyses and evidence generation in collaboration with pricing and outcomes research teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external authorities, payers and industry associations to influence market access decisions.
• Develop and implement strategic market access plans, including formulary inclusion and reimbursement submissions across multiple markets.
• Manage discretionary market access budgets and ensure effective spend throughout the year.
• Coach and train junior colleagues on market access processes and techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Health Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of market access experience in the pharmaceutical or health industry, preferably within government or payer settings in Central America and the Caribbean.
• Proven experience in HEOR, value‑based strategies and engaging reimbursement bodies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation abilities.
