Store Stylist Jr.

About the role

Homecenter Panamá is looking for a creative, hands‑on Store Stylist Jr. to transform its retail spaces into inspiring, sell‑able environments. You will work directly on the shop floor, moving furniture, testing combinations, and shaping the visual experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create fresh in‑store environments on an ongoing basis.
• Turn individual products into cohesive, inspirational displays.
• Assist in setting up new collections, product lines, and categories.
• Propose ideas to make the store more modern, organized, and “wow‑worthy.”
• Research design trends, colors, fabrics, materials, and furniture styles.
• Help standardize product, fabric, color, and ambiance combinations across Homecenter.
• Support the sales team with product, design, and styling tips to boost sales.
• Generate social‑media content ideas such as design tips, before‑and‑after showcases, new spaces, trends, and featured products.
• Identify under‑performing areas or products and improve their presentation.

Required profile

• Passion for design, decoration, and furniture.
• Strong visual eye and enthusiasm for beautiful spaces.
• Enjoys being active on the shop floor rather than sitting at a desk.
• Follows Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, and stays up‑to‑date with trends, colors, fabrics, and moodboards.
• Naturally thinks about improving layouts and displays.
• Eager to learn retail, visual merchandising, design, sales, and content creation.
• Student, recent graduate or junior in interior design, architecture, decoration, visual merchandising, commercial design, visual marketing or related fields.
