STEP 2.0 Advisor to support implementation in Bolivia (Home-Based)

About the role

The STEP 2.0 Advisor will work remotely to support the implementation of the STEP 2.0 framework in Bolivia. This consultancy aims to strengthen the leadership, change‑management and problem‑solving capacities of health supply‑chain managers, enabling the country to achieve its immunization supply‑chain goals.

Key responsibilities

• Equip implementing partners and key facilitators with the knowledge, tools and methodologies required to deliver STEP 2.0 effectively.
• Strengthen leadership, change‑management and problem‑solving capacities of national and sub‑national immunization supply‑chain managers.
• Support the execution of Bolivia’s National Immunization Supply Chain Roadmap and related priorities.
• Provide training, mentorship and capacity‑building activities for supply‑chain teams.
• Assist in monitoring, evaluation and reporting of implementation progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience in health supply‑chain management, preferably within immunization programs.
• Familiarity with national immunization supply‑chain roadmaps and Gavi transition contexts.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with partners in Bolivia.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus.
