Software Development Team Lead

About the role

The Software Development Team Lead is responsible for guiding a group of highly skilled developers to deliver high‑quality software on time. The role combines hands‑on coding, technical architecture, and people leadership through coaching and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Guide team development efforts toward successful project delivery and maintain high standards of software quality.
• Provide line management, personal development, and mentorship for a team of developers.
• Participate in peer‑reviews of solution designs and code, and make sound technical decisions.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage risks.
• Oversee the full software lifecycle from design, development, unit testing, to deployment and post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of C#.NET, React, NodeJS, MVC, Entity Framework and related testing frameworks.
• Experience with authentication protocols such as OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0.
• Proven people‑management experience and ability to lead and influence technical teams.
