Social Media & Influencer Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to manage daily social media activities for multiple brands and coordinate collaborations with influencers and content creators. The ideal candidate stays ahead of trends on TikTok and Instagram and can juggle several accounts and editorial calendars simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Create and plan content calendars for various brands.
• Schedule and monitor posts, Reels, Stories, and TikToks.
• Manage and monitor clients' social media channels on a daily basis.
• Identify trends, formats and opportunities, proposing adaptations for each brand.
• Research, select, contact and negotiate with influencers and creators, overseeing each collaboration.
• Produce monthly reports with performance analysis, insights and improvement actions.
• Work towards growth, reach, engagement and community‑building objectives.
• Assist in recordings and support the team during content productions.
• Handle messages, comments and important requests across accounts.
• Ensure content calendars are executed accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Previous experience managing brand social media accounts.
• Strong visual sense and excellent copywriting skills.
• Ability to spot trends and turn them into relevant brand ideas.
• Highly organized with capacity to manage multiple accounts and projects.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for working with influencers.
• Analytical mindset to interpret metrics and suggest improvements.
• Proactive, creative and detail‑oriented.
