About the role

Homecenter Panamá is looking for a dynamic Content Creator & Community Manager who lives and breathes the internet. You will turn today’s trends into tomorrow’s engaging content that drives traffic, sales, and community interaction for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Act in front of the camera, record and edit Reels/TikToks.
• Detect emerging trends and memes quickly and adapt them for Homecenter.
• Generate AI‑assisted content, craft scroll‑stopping hooks, and produce assets for paid ads.
• Write persuasive captions and respond to comments with personality.
• Create “top comments,” join viral conversations, and turn product questions into sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Deep familiarity with internet culture and a fast‑execution mindset.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and able to produce content within minutes of an idea.
• Humorous, quick‑thinking, and eager to experiment.
