Service Administrator

About the role

Tetra Pak is seeking a Service Administrator to join its Customer Services Operations team in Panama City. You will provide essential administrative support to Field Service Operations, ensuring efficient and high‑quality service delivery across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality administrative support to Customer Services Operations stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and efficient processes.
• Manage and maintain operational data and databases, providing accurate reporting and visual management tools.
• Analyze, resolve, and escalate issues related to missing or inaccurate data to ensure data quality.
• Coordinate purchase order creation and invoicing for intercompany services and support external contractor purchasing in line with corporate policies.
• Partner with service administration teams to share knowledge, provide backup support, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Administration, Finance, Business or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in administrative support or coordination with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and self‑management skills.
• Learning mindset and motivation to develop new skills.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, service‑oriented environment and ability to work in a hybrid model.
