About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead organic growth initiatives for technical enterprises. The role bridges technical SEO and content marketing, ensuring the company’s digital presence is highly visible across traditional and AI‑driven search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and user acquisition.
• Conduct detailed technical audits to improve site health, crawlability, and performance.
• Lead content strategy and link‑building campaigns to establish authority in competitive niches.
• Analyze search data and market trends to optimize site architecture for AI and LLM search readiness.
• Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and refine tactics based on data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with development and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, growth, or digital marketing for technical companies.
• Proven expertise with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
• Hands‑on experience developing content strategies and robust link‑building campaigns.
• Strong data‑analysis skills and ability to optimize site structures for AI/LLM‑aware search.
• Solid background in technical SEO, including site speed optimization and crawlability improvements.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
