Senior Workday Analyst (Remote)

About the role

The Senior Workday Analyst will act as the primary technical expert for Workday HCM and Financials, ensuring the platform supports complex global business operations. You will bridge business requirements with technical execution, delivering robust integration and reporting solutions while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Workday HCM and Financials modules end‑to‑end.
• Architect and deploy complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs and Cloud Connect.
• Create advanced Calculated Fields and custom reports to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Manage the Workday security model to uphold data governance and compliance.
• Lead the full lifecycle of system enhancements from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues for global Workday initiatives.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in HRIS, systems analysis or Workday administration.
• Proven track record configuring and maintaining Workday HCM or Financials modules.
• Hands‑on experience building integrations with Workday Studio and EIBs.
• Experience with Workday security models and Calculated Fields.
• Strong background in reporting, data transformation and troubleshooting within Workday.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
