Senior Vendor Marketing Executive – CCA

About the role

The Senior Vendor Marketing Executive for the Caribbean Central America (CCA) region will partner with management to shape and execute marketing strategies that drive profitable growth. You will build and nurture relationships with brand partners and third‑party vendors to maximize market opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate influencer relationships to secure Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and manage MDF budgets for optimal ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define, develop and launch marketing programs.
• Develop and enforce marketing policies, objectives and communication strategies.
• Introduce new programs or features and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
• Plan, coordinate and manage events, contracts and vendor deliverables.
• Monitor market trends, adjust strategies, and report on performance against growth goals.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant marketing experience (or 1‑3 years with a Master’s degree).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, budgeting and vendor management.
• Ability to work independently, make judgment calls and influence cross‑functional teams.
