Senior Sales Support Consultant – LATAM

About the role

The Senior Sales Support Consultant will drive aftermarket growth for Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division across Latin America. You will work closely with regional sales execution teams, dealers and internal partners to develop and implement growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Consult sales execution teams and leadership on priorities to achieve regional growth targets.
• Create and execute action plans to grow aftermarket revenue, including repair options and rebuilds for key EP models.
• Identify customer and dealer needs, launch initiatives, and lead regional training events.
• Support key account strategies, collaborate on go‑to‑market plans, and provide data‑driven insights to close gaps.
• Participate in sales performance reviews, recommend corrective actions, and stay current on industry trends and regulations.

Required skills

• 5+ years of professional experience, including 2 years working with dealers and customers on electric power product sales or aftermarket support.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in negotiating, influencing, and developing go‑to‑market strategies.
