Senior Research Consultant – Americas

About the role

Appinio is looking for a Senior Research Consultant to join its Research Consulting Team serving the Americas region. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the full market research lifecycle and turning data into compelling stories that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to design, adapt, and analyse market research projects, including methodology selection, target definition and sample sizing.
• Create bespoke questionnaires for use cases such as usage & attitude studies, tracking, concept testing, creative testing, MaxDiff and conjoint analysis.
• Set up fieldwork and manage data collection on the Appinio platform.
• Interpret results, generate actionable recommendations and produce in‑depth reports with visualisation and design.
• Present insights with a strong focus on storytelling, clarity and impact.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on project scoping for new customers.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Research Consulting Team and Appinio’s product portfolio.
• Integrate AI capabilities across research steps in partnership with the Product team.

Required profile

• More than 6 years of end‑to‑end market research experience, preferably consulting B2B clients.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative methods and statistics.
• Proven ability to design studies, write questionnaires and work across multiple research methods.
• Experience creating client‑facing reports and delivering actionable insights.
