Senior Product Designer - Technology

About the role

Truelogic, a nearshore staff augmentation provider with more than 600 tech professionals in Latin America, is recruiting a Senior Product Designer for its client, a leading construction technology company with a cloud-based platform. The designer joins an AI Design team and leads design for foundational areas such as Accounts & Activation, Monetization and Permissions, turning complex platform, business and security requirements into intuitive, scalable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end product design for accounts, activation, monetization and permissions
• Design account setup, indexing, workspace management, privacy, roles, activation and consumption
• Design complex workflows around billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, Control Tower and localization
• Define scalable consumption experiences, permission structures and sharing models
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers and business stakeholders, and use research, data and prototyping to validate solutions
• Use AI-assisted design and coded prototypes to explore and validate concepts quickly
• Present design decisions, trade-offs and recommendations to stakeholders and clients

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional product design experience
• Experience designing complex SaaS products or enterprise platforms
• Experience with enterprise workflows such as account management, activation, monetization, permissions, billing or consumption
• Advanced English proficiency and clear communication across teams
• Based in Latin America and able to work remotely with international teams

Required skills

• Advanced Figma or equivalent design tools
• Hands-on prototyping, including functional, production-like prototypes built with AI-assisted coding tools
• Experience with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or Google AI Studio
• Nice to have: experience with AI-powered products, prototyping complex SaaS workflows, product strategy input, mentoring and complex permission/billing/account models
