Senior Full Stack Engineer - Enterprise AI & Automation

About the role

Truelogic is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a stealth‑stage AI technology studio. The role focuses on building a context‑aware AI agent platform that combines large language model (LLM) capabilities with reliable, polished user experiences across web and multi‑channel interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end product features for a context‑aware AI agent ecosystem.
• Develop robust REST and GraphQL APIs, performant PostgreSQL schemas, and resilient asynchronous background‑job processing.
• Build responsive React front‑ends tightly integrated with TypeScript backend services.
• Implement, evaluate, and optimise LLM agent workflows, including prompt engineering, tool integration, and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) architectures.
• Maintain production reliability, observability, data‑privacy boundaries, and handle edge‑case scenarios in non‑deterministic user flows.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience with modern TypeScript, React, and relational database design (PostgreSQL).
• Strong background in building asynchronous background jobs, distributed queues, and debugging production systems.
• Hands‑on experience or deep technical fluency with LLM/agent runtimes, tool calling, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems.
• Track record of owning product features from concept through delivery.
