Senior Commercial Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Senior Commercial Consultant to drive consultative B2B sales of human capital services in Panama. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with corporate clients, prospecting new accounts, and delivering high‑value business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new corporate clients through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and field work.
• Present and sell specialized HR and capital‑human solutions, including executive search, mass recruitment, payroll outsourcing, and personnel administration.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals, negotiate with decision‑makers, and close deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to implementation, maintaining accurate pipeline data in a CRM system.
• Represent the company at business chambers, expos, and networking events to expand market presence.
• Build long‑term relationships with AAA accounts and generate recurring revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B consultative sales and new‑business development.
• Bilingual English proficiency essential for corporate client interaction.
• Background in selling HR or capital‑human services is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, influence, and results‑orientation.
• Ability to work autonomously on complex sales cycles.

Required skills

• CRM usage for pipeline management and forecasting.
