Salesforce Architect/Developer – Nonprofit Cloud & TaskRay (Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Architect/Developer to lead the design and implementation of solutions on the Nonprofit Cloud and TaskRay platforms. This part‑time contract role (up to 20 hours per week) will focus on extending NPSP, productionising TaskRay workflows, and integrating Agentforce and Einstein AI to drive measurable impact for our nonprofit clients.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures, including data model, security, Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Extend NPSP while preserving upgradeability, resolve object/automation conflicts, and improve data quality.
• Implement TaskRay templates, dependencies, and cross‑object automation, integrating with Flows, Platform Events, and Apex as needed.
• Integrate Agentforce/Einstien bots with secure data flows, logging, and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns.
• Build practical workflow automations and priority integrations with Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Cloud API, and Mailchimp.
• Enforce coding standards, conduct peer reviews, maintain high test coverage, and manage CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years as an architect or lead developer on Nonprofit Cloud/NPSP.
• Proven delivery of TaskRay implementations for onboarding or project tracking.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and record‑triggered Flows with governor‑limit discipline.
• Experience integrating Agentforce/Einstein bots and handling secure data.
• Hands‑on CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Copado or similar) and package strategy.
