Sales Support Trainee

About the role

Join ABB as a Sales Support Trainee and help drive the Motion business area in Panama. You will support business operations, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and gain hands‑on experience through a structured local trainee program. The role follows a hybrid work model, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while developing professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the assigned area.
• Participate in formal training sessions to develop personal and leadership capabilities.
• Execute assigned tasks and projects within defined timelines.
• Contribute to social events and team activities, building a broad network across ABB.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrated academic experience in electrical, electronic, or mechatronics engineering with interest in electric motor technologies.
• Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
