Sales Representative – Rest of Caribbean

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth across the Rest of Caribbean markets. The role focuses on building strong distributor partnerships, executing commercial plans, and delivering sustainable sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with distributor partners across assigned Caribbean markets to achieve sales and business objectives.
• Execute the commercial calendar, promotional activities, and go‑to‑market strategies through distributor sales teams.
• Monitor sales performance, distribution, product availability, pricing, and inventory levels to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Partner with distributor sales teams through business reviews, coaching, and field accompaniment to drive performance and capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and distributors to strengthen engagement and deliver sustainable growth.
• Analyze business performance, market trends, and competitive activity, translating insights into actionable growth plans.
• Support trade investment management and business planning activities while ensuring compliance with company financial guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to successfully implement commercial initiatives and achieve business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of strategic sales experience, preferably within the Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
• Experience managing customers, retailers, and/or distributors and familiarity with distributor business models.
• Knowledge of business planning, financial fundamentals, and performance reporting.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) and strong communication and influencing skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities across diverse Caribbean markets.
• Willingness to travel within the Caribbean region.
