Sales Patient Coordinator – High-Value Dental Cases (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Patient Coordinator to manage high‑value dental cases for a global medical‑tourism platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on converting qualified leads into bookings for treatments ranging from $3,000 to $25,000.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed bookings.
• Manage long sales cycles with structured follow‑ups and objection handling.
• Present treatment packages, quotes and relevant information professionally.
• Qualify patients on treatment intent, financial readiness and timeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales experience, proven closing of $3,000+ deals.
• Strong objection handling, negotiation and pipeline management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts.
• Experience in medical or dental tourism or high‑ticket B2C sales is strongly preferred.
