About the role
Join LYL Recruitment as a Sales Executive focused on the US market. You will manage the full recruitment sales cycle, from winning the client to placing the candidate, with warm leads provided by our lead generation team.
Key responsibilities
- Hold sales conversations with U.S. business owners and hiring managers
- Turn warm leads into signed clients
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for client openings
- Manage candidates through interviews, offers, and placement
- Stay on top of your pipeline and follow‑ups
Required profile
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Background in sales, recruiting, or client‑facing roles
- Experience working or studying in the US
- Confident speaking with executives and candidates
- Motivated by results and uncapped earnings
- Organized, dependable, and eager to learn

- $1,200 to $1,700 monthly base salary
