Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, detail‑oriented professional with a strong sales mentality to manage our CRM, coordinate incoming sales opportunities, and ensure consistent follow‑up. You will act as the hub that keeps the sales process running smoothly, making sure no lead falls through the cracks.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a highly organized, accurate, and up‑to‑date Monday.com CRM.
• Manage incoming leads and connect interested prospects with the appropriate salesperson.
• Ensure every lead receives timely and consistent follow‑up with clear next steps.
• Schedule meetings, confirm appointments, and coordinate communication between prospects and salespeople.
• Occasionally speak directly with interested prospects by phone to qualify needs and coordinate next steps.
• Track outstanding follow‑ups and ensure salespeople respond promptly.
• Maintain visibility into every opportunity, its status, owner, and next action.
• Help improve CRM workflows, automations, and lead management processes.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience in sales coordination, account management, CRM management, or sales operations.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong sales mentality and understanding of the importance of timely follow‑up.
• Genuine sense of urgency and respect for every incoming lead.
• Confidence communicating with American business professionals.
• Comfortable learning new software, managing multiple pipelines, and working with sales technology.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, reliable, and accountable.
