About the role
The Sales Broker will act as a bridge between the bank, brokers and financial institutions to drive sales and profit growth. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, expanding the portfolio and identifying new business opportunities within the banking sector.
Key responsibilities
- Promote sales in liaison with brokers and financial institutions.
- Achieve net profit growth for the business.
- Deliver service that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative solutions.
- Manage existing clients and grow the portfolio by generating leads.
- Maximise cross‑sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Contact prospective clients and sell appropriate banking products to meet sales targets.
- Provide efficient administration through careful planning, reporting and information updates.
- Comply with legislative and audit governance requirements.
- Track, control and influence sales activities to increase efficiency.
- Analyse competitor information and monitor market trends and influencers.
- Identify new business opportunities impacting the industry.
- Improve business decisions by delivering accurate business intelligence and analysing trends.
- Manage personal development to increase competencies.
Required profile
- Proven ability to promote sales and achieve profit targets.
- Experience managing client relationships and generating leads.
- Strong analytical mindset for market and competitor analysis.
