Retail Operations Senior Manager – Samsung Branded Stores

About the role

Samsung Electronics is seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Senior Manager to lead its Samsung branded stores network. Based in Panama City, the role oversees a nine‑digit revenue operation across more than 100 points of sale, driving growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute retail operations strategy for an omnichannel network of physical stores and e‑commerce.
• Own KPI performance including sales, conversion, NPS, flooring achievement and related indicators.
• Manage and support geographically distributed teams with hands‑on strategic guidance.
• Negotiate and build strategic partnerships with store owners, franchisees and commercial stakeholders.
• Develop collaborative campaigns with complementary brands and financial partners.
• Drive data‑informed decision making and translate operational insights into business growth.
• Analyze POS performance and work across multiple divisions to improve results.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in retail operations, retail management or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record managing retail businesses with $100M+ revenue.
• Deep expertise in omnichannel retail (physical stores and e‑commerce).
• Strong commercial negotiation and partnership‑building experience.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with C‑level stakeholders and external partners.
• Leadership experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Strategic thinker with execution excellence and hands‑on capabilities.
• Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel 30‑50% of the time.
