Responsable de Producto y Ventas – Surface Drilling (Mining)

About the role

Epiroc is looking for a Product and Sales Manager to lead the Surface Drilling (Mining) portfolio. The role focuses on increasing market share, sales and profitability while providing technical‑commercial support to sales channels and guiding the order‑to‑delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and grow sales potential within the Surface Drilling portfolio, maintaining up‑to‑date territory management.
• Track market share, identify opportunities, trends, competitor moves and customer needs.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing ones through value propositions, technical product knowledge and a consultative sales approach.
• Provide technical and commercial support to existing sales channels and assist in creating new channels together with the Business Line Manager and commercial organization.
• Support the sales pipeline with technical and commercial guidance.

Required profile

• Interest in commercial development, product management and market growth for surface drilling and exploration solutions.
• Ability to keep market, competition, pricing and customer information current.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with sales forces, business line managers and other commercial functions.
