About the role

As a Medical Representative at WISE PHARMA, you will regularly visit professionals in aesthetic medicine, dermatology and related fields to present and update them on the company’s products. The position is full‑time, onsite, and based in Panama City.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute a schedule of visits to medical professionals.
• Present product information and keep clients informed about new developments.
• Record commercial activities in internal tools and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies.
• Gather market intelligence and share insights with the company.

Required profile

• Degree in pharmacy or medicine with solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector and clinical environment.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities, capable of explaining technical information clearly.
• Experience or knowledge in market intelligence, commercial data analysis and understanding of pharmaceutical market trends.
• Ability to organize visit routes, manage time autonomously and work towards sales and coverage targets.
• Proactive attitude, results orientation and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
